Roofing Sales Lead

Matrix Roofing is looking for:

• Self-motivated experienced sales professionals
• Excellent negotiating skills and strong closing skills
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude is a must
• Must have a cell phone or tablet with cellular
• Reliable Transportation, be able to transport a ladder
• Valid driver’s license & Social Security Card
• Willingness to knock on doors and make cold calls
• Honesty and Integrity is a must with a Strong Work Ethic
• Clean personal hygiene
• You will need to physically inspect roofs.
• Ability to use basic computer programs such as Excel and company software
• Xactimate or adjusting knowledge is a plus
• References, Clean Background Check

Compensation and Perks:

• Commission based on total sale less office overhead
• Weekly pay period, Draw and Commission
